Crust Society began in 2020, during a time when many of us were exploring new passions and experiences. For me, pizza has always been more than a meal, it’s a ritual, a journey rooted in my childhood in New York, where visits to my favorite pizzerias shaped my love for the craft. Years later, as an adult navigating life in the city, grabbing a slice became a daily habit, reinforcing a lifelong appreciation for the art of pizza.

During the pandemic, I took the leap to turn that passion into a culinary pursuit. I dove into the world of Neo-Neapolitan pizza, learning the delicate, nuanced process of crafting dough and curating flavors. It became clear that true pizza excellence requires more than technique, it starts with premium, healthy ingredients. Our dough is made only with the finest flour, free from additives or chemicals, and paired with organic crushed tomatoes, single-source extra-virgin olive oil, and thoughtfully selected toppings.
